Primary Responsibility
Next Career is the Executive Search of Karir.com (http://next.karir.com/). Currently, We are representing one of our valuable clients in FMCG Industry. They are a Multinational company that currently is looking for aGM Sales Kalimantan to be based in their office in South Kalimantan. Some of responsibilities of GM Sales Kalimantan that they are looking for are:
Develop sales forecast for the operation MTP periodically update the forecast to ensure the accuracy of the forecast
Develop sales planning based on the forecast and the latest market activity to ensure that the sales team can support the national sales target
Develop local MIC plan and support the development of National MIC plan to ensure that MIC sales can support the national sales target
Establish and manage business partnership with local MIC and support the business partnership management for the national MIC, and ensure the two ways compliance to the agreement in order to achieve the MIC sales target
Control the implementation of customer service policies for managing company’s interactions with customers and clients
Direct the program to develop new and existing outlet in order to ensure the achievement of general trade sales target
Direct order management process to ensure customer order fulfillment
Control the implementation of product price matrix by channel and location to identify and capture new margin opportunities
Establish sales target, communicate, monitoring and manage the sales performance for each channel and location to ensure the achievement of regional sales target
Manage the collection of all complaints from all external customers, the analysis of the data to see trends, patterns, concentrations, and tendencies to avoid customer turnover
Manage the execution of credit policy, customer invoice administration, customer invoicing and credit collection to ensure optimum sales turn over
Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity.
Manage subordinates and develop capability through setting and reviewing subordinates’ performance target, regular coaching and ensuring implementation of Individual Development Plan (IDP)
Prepare, monitor, control the annual department budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the Business Plan
Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken

Qualification
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or relevant disciplines
Min 7 years working experience in FMCG Company and min 3years in middle management position
