Primary Responsibility
Achieve targeted sales
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience/customers identification
Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target market
Map out a flexible content strategy throughout the year
Oversee current hype and upcoming trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy
Look for online cross-promotions
Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation.
Monitor and maximize SEO (Search engine optimization) to increase organic/natural traffic to the company
Monitor reviews and respond to each review
Monitor KPI (Key performance indicator)
Analyze every strategy, and tweak as needed
Qualification
Qualification
Female 18 - 30 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, any field. Preferably Marketing
Required skill(s): Basic photography, Basic Adobe/photoshop, Strong Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia & English
Maintains excellent writing and language usage
Proficient in content marketing theory and application
Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Possesses great ability to identify upcoming trends, and current hype trends
Demonstrates creativity and document immersion in social media
Basic knowledge of SEO
Detail and customer oriented
Target Oriented and attractive personality
