Our core business are F&B Business which are now a home to 3 local brands: Steak Hotel by HOLYCOW, Cupcakes Company and Mockingbird Fine Dining.
Few more brands coming up to complete our ventures. By now we already spread our outlets at Jabodetabek, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya and Palembang.
Primary Responsibility
Coordinate the entire restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house
Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently to customer complaints
Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
Organize and supervise shifts
Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
Control costs and cut waste
Successfully promote and publicize the brand
Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example as restaurant supervisor
Track operations and start corrective actions
Operations manager will be responsible for the overall business functions of keeping the restaurants running.
Tasks include ordering, financial planning, supervising employees, maintaining sanitation standards in public areas and kitchen or beverage preparation areas, and monitoring safety.
Handling human resources and accounting processes for hiring and maintain efficient payroll. Monitoring adherence to all laws and safety guidelines along with analyzing and evaluating costs.
On a daily basis, handling of all guest complaints, working with the staff to ensure that guests have an enjoyable experience, and working the floor during meal hours in order to greet and interact with guests.
Take suggestions from guests and analyze trends in preferences for making changes or improvements to a particular area of the restaurant.
Qualification
Qualification
Maximum 40 years old
Have culinary school diploma or bachelors degree in Business administration or related field
Professional certification will be a plus
3 years proven working experience as restaurant manager or restaurant general manager
Demonstrated career experience in customer service management
Extensive food and beverage knowledge
Proficiency in English
Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Acute financial management skills
Highly motivated, quick-learner, self-starter, staying up to date to industry trends
Able to create a yearly business development plan for restaurants growth
