Primary Responsibility
• Manage overall HR & Administration functions : Recruitment, compensation & benefits, human resources and management report and visa & work permit• Assist HR Manager in the implementation of policies related to human resource, organizational, recruitment & retention; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns, compensation & benefits and visa & work permit• Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law• Working with managers, coaching them and advising on all employee issues

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources and General Affair or equivalent• Have a strong knowledge of Indonesian Labour Regulations and Local Labour Autohorities - DISNAKER, Immigration, Labour Unions
