Primary Responsibility
Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Prepare financial reports required by BOD, BOC, Shareholders and Regulator
Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department
Qualification
Qualification
Maximum 37 years old
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting with minimum GPA of 3.0 from reputable universities (in the scale of 4.0)
5 year's experience as an Accounting Manager experience in the general insurance industry & listed company is an advantage
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Practise, Sharia Accounting, OJK Regulation, PSAK, IFRS and taxation
Strong budgeting, finacial forecasting and financial analysis skills
Highly motivated, ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
Fluent in English
