Primary Responsibility
As A Receptionist :
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them approriately
Answering , screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Meeting room/appointment arrangement
Organized the usage of the office vehicle & coordinate with driver
As A General Admin :
In charge of all Outsourcing staffing; including overseeing and monitoring outsourced staffs for attendance, overtime, expenses of: Security, Cleaning Service, Driver and Messenger
Manage the office vehicle usage, expense, insurance & other related documents
Will assisting for others general administration task of the office

Female, Minimum education : SMA/SMK;
Fluent in English is a plus
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal Skill, friendly & discipline
Computer literate (Ms. Office)
Have at least minimum 1 year work experience in the related field is required for this position
