Konsep awalnya adalah catering dan Toko Roti yang dipasarkan dengan cara berjualan keliling. Dalam perkembangannya CV. BAHTERA TUAIAN GLOBAL meningkatkan layanan dalam bentuk Bakery & Restaurant Dengan pengalaman yang matang, manajemen yang solid, dan semanagat inovasi, CV. BAHTERA TUAIAN GLOBAL berupaya memberikan pelayanan maksimal dengan kualitas cita rasa tinggi dipadu dengan dekorasi hidangan yang sesuai kebutuhan Anda.
Primary Responsibility
Cleans food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy
Prepares foods to the specifications of the client
Prepares food before the arrival of guests
Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
Manages other employees in the kitchen
Support the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in the daily operation and work
Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie
Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel
Control food stock and food cost in his section
Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen or satellites
Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks
Qualification
Qualification
Holding minimum senior high school or SMK.
At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Creative, discipline, hard worker, good attitude, willing to learn.
Able to follow and maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness and safety standard.
