Primary Responsibility
Lead back of house kitchen operation to produce safe high quality food according to Standars, recipe, and schedule,including
Making order ready to be Passed on by means of a minute cooking, portioning and garnishing according to established instruction regarding ingredients, recipes working methods and Exterior presentations
Cleaning the work envirovment kitchen equipment anc machines. Collecting waste in the designated waste bins
Qualification
Qualification
Minimum 2 years experience in a similiar position in hospitality industry
Good skill
Relevant education background with the position being applied
