Primary Responsibility
- Check freshness of food and ingredients
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers
- develp recipes and determine how to presend the food
- Plan menus and ensure uniform serving sizes and quality of meals
- Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
- Hire, train and supervise cooks and other food preparation workers
- Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
- Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards
Qualification
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
- Full-Time position(s) available
