Primary Responsibility
• Responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing products.• Develop marketing plan, product plan and promotion plan.• Managing launch campaigns for new products.• Managing distribution channels for products.• Preparign sales , stocks and promotion reports and forecasting future sales trend.• Negotiate with retailers for securing strategic location for the Brand, negotiate trading terms, special events and support to boost brand sales.• Ensuring effective integrated marketing communications to reach sales potentials and achieve the desired level of awareness for the brands.• Working closely with internal departments such as - PR, graphic design, visual merchandising.• Working closely with external agencies, such as – PR, etc.• Analyze the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.• Engage customers on social media.

Qualification
• Master/Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Management.• A minimum of 4 years experience in the position.• Good command of English – oral and written communication.• Good interpersonal skills.• Proven knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing concepts.• Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution.• Ability to respond positively to pressure and take a flexible approach to change.• Work well and manage a wide range of people.• Ability to think creatively.• Budget management experience.• Effective and efficient time management and organizational skills.• Dynamic and enthusiastic.
