Primary Responsibility
- Analyze and develop a marketing strategy to enhance the brand image and sales .- Analyze the market and competition in the field to determine pricing strategy , product , promotion , and place to ensure the achievement of sales targets- Monitoring the level of need for the goods in making forecasts to ensure the distribution is done optimally .- Leading Brand Marketing team in achieving the goal of increasing brand image and sales.- Develop annual marketing and product plan in-line with the Brand.- Conduct sales promotions in the form of in-store activities, beauty workshops, gwp and pwp mechanism to boost sales achievement.- Ensuring that all communication tools contribute to the brand awareness and support the image of the brand.- Negotiate annual Trading Terms with retailers.- Collaborate closely with the PR team on collaterals and material/literature for various communication tools.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.- A comprehensive ability in MS Office applications, especially in Excel and Powerpoint.- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.- Full-Time position(s) available.- Have an instinctive feeling about future product concepts- Have good analytical skills- Be a good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research- Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing- Be enthusiastic about their product area.• Retail business experience especially Perfume minimal 3 year
