Primary Responsibility
- Responsible for the operation of all accounting systems and records
- Payables, bank reconciliation, payroll, ledger maintenance
- Preparing, distributing and recording checks
- Prepare monthly financial report
- Managing and reporting local fiscal and tax requirements
- Maintain the general administration of the municipality
- Manage all municipal staff in order to ensure a productive, positive and healthy work environment
- HRD Management Skills
- Assiting in daily operational activities
- Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports,data analysis and identify solution
Qualification
Qualification
- A high energy, self-motivated, team-oriented professional, able to handle multiple priorities, and have strong analytical
- English proficiency ,communication and computer skills
- Degree in Accounting, hold S1 Accounting from reputable university with minimum GPA 3
- Good interpersonal skill, able to work independently
- Having good personality, hard working person and self motivated
- Organized and detail oriented, pro-active and fast learner
- Having full Accounting and taxes knowledge and ability
- Having good personality, very organized, dedicated, hard working person and selfmotivated
- Able to work under pressure
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Minimum 5 years working experiences in accounting and finance department or HRD Department
- Export Experience (in terms of export paperwork on the taxes side)
- Negotiation Skills
- Having driving license/ SIM C
