Primary Responsibility
Our sistercompany PT Mobile Cash Indonesia is looking candidate for Customer Support Representative position. Our partner is Startup company which engaged in the provision of mobile apps for order at restaurant/café and e-payment. Interact with customer, merchants or partner by phone, email or face to face
Work remotely at client/partner’s office to educate them with our service (for short period of time / around 3~4 weeks) as needed offer our products or service to customers who come to the merchant, and help them to adjust it
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Qualification
Qualification
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative in IT field company
Familiarity with CSR systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Has knowledge on IT and apps is preferably, fast learning and able to work under pressure
Willing to work remotely (on client’s office)
Good looking is preferably
