Primary Responsibility
Menyusun anggaran dan rencana seluruh kegiatan operasional teknis kebun di lapangan, dari land clearance, LC, pembibitan, perawatan, panen, dll
Melaksanakan pemeriksaan periodik maupun insidentil untuk setiap kegiatan kebun dilapangan
Mengendalikan kegiatan produksi dilapangan dan peningkatannya
Mengendalikan biaya operasional agar tercapai hasil yang maksimal namun efisien
Bertanggungjawab untuk pelaksanaan seluruh kegiatan administrasi dan pelaporan yangberada dibawah tanggung jawabnya
Membina hubungan yang baik, harmonis dan bersifat kekeluargaan dengan masyarakat setempat
Membimbing, membina, memotivasi dan memperhatikan seluruh personil yang berada dibawah tanggung jawabnya
Mengatur kegiatan perkebunan (estate) dan memastikannya terpelihara dengan baik
Bertanggung jawab atas pelaksanaan program anggaran untuk perkebunan
Memastikan alokasi tenaga kerja yang tepat, kendaraan perkebunan dan peralatan lainnya antara divisi yang berbeda dan kegiatan yang berbeda sehingga tingkat produktivitas yang optimum tercapai dari pemanfaatan sumber daya yang tersedia secara maksimal.
Memastikan kebutuhan bahan perkebunan, pemesanan tepat waktu & memastikan penggunaan yang tepat dan pemeliharaan catatan yang berkaitan dengan pemanfaatan material

Usia maksimal 47 tahun
Pendidikan minimalS1 Pertanian/Perkebunan
Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman sebagai Estate Manager di perkebunan sawit / Pengalaman minimum 5 tahun sebagai posisi menejerial bidang perkebunan kelapa sawit
Mengerti manajemen proyek perkebunan kelapa sawit
Memahami kultur teknis budidaya kelapa sawit, mulai dari land clearing, pembibitan sampaipanen
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan menggunakan Microsoft Office
Mampu membuat analisa biaya dan strategi-strategi peningkatan efisiensi biaya
Bersedia tinggal dan ditempatkan di lokasikebun di Kalimantan Tengah
Berbadan sehat Jasmani dan rohani, bebas dari penyakit bawaan kronis
