Primary Responsibility
• To provide Mechanical Pre-design (calculating tank size, cooling calculation ONAN, ONAF, OFAF, ODAF, make arrangement design of active part/metal part/accessories, check cosmos analysis for tank/cover strength) and approval drawings for client of transformer.• Check technical requirement from vendor• To provide mechanical material’s price list for order.• To provide calculated packing sizes, content of each crate/box for packing list and Transport Dimensions• Making complete set of active parts drawings of clamping yoke, wedges, support wedges, insulation CM lead connection and BOM active parts.• Making complete set of metal part’s fabrication drawings of tank, cover, conservator, cable boxes, cooling bank, ODAF piping, core clamping system, painting spec, list of loose parts and BOM Metal parts.• Making decision and problem solving• To support, advice and counsel technically to make design standardisation• Do root cause analysis by 8D methodology• To adapt corporate tools into friendly use in factory• Monitoring design/drawing error reduction• Understand for welding and painting procedure• Develop tools or IT software to support the job• Everything to support the department and factory.

• Graduated from mechanical engineering study• Having minimum 8 years in power transformer design up to 100 MVA – 150 kV as minimum• Having computer skill ( Microsoft office, Microsoft operating system, AutoCad, Inventor, Pro/e, Creo 2)• Having good strong interpersonal skill and strong leader ship• Having a strong motivation, creative and innovative• Able to manage and work with limited and young resources• Having experience in 3D Modelling, design automation.• Able to make in 3D-Model (Creo 2.0) and Inventor /Drawing Programming/ program testing/debugging
