Primary Responsibility
• To implement the yearly and monthly Commercial Actions Plans of the Company,• To achieve the regional monthly and yearly sales targets,• To manage, motivate and develop your regional sales team and help them improve their performance and productivity,• To co-visit and serve the key-dealers, key-contractors, key-architects and work closely with your sales team to develop the relationship with the regional actors in the construction market,• To report regularly on the market situation, competitors’ movements, results of our actions, sales opportunities and other assigned tasks• Manage and develop our present market share and brand visibility with the professionals of the construction market (architects, developers, owners, public stakeholders, engineers, building consultants and professional installers)• Implement, supervise and report on the company's commercial action plan and achieves the sales targets according to the budget• End responsibility for the quality of the CRM based project pipeline and lead conversion Making sure in collaboration with the Sales Back Office Manager that the SAP / CRM system is properly used by the sales force to allow management a realistic and transparent look on effectiveness of the project sales organization

Qualification
• S1 in any major, Civil Engineering or Architecture or other engineering background shall be most preferable• English communicative, computer literate• At least 8 years sales experience, having experience in sales in building materials business• At least 3 years managerial experience of sales forces, if possible at the service of the distribution, contractors, architects in Indonesia• Details oriented person with business minded and the capabilities of communication, negotiation, organizing and leading people shall be essential
