Primary Responsibility
- To process papers concerning all kinds of new hires and placement
- To maintain and preserve separate file for the prospective candidates for future employment and make correspondence with concerned applicants
- To take care of employee welfare services: Sports activities, Staff Party and other recreational amenities as per guidance of the HRM
- To assist and handle all personnel and training activities
- To assist HRM in dealing with Medical Care and Jamsostek Insurance, Claim & report
- To assist the Interview session conducted by HRD and other related Department Head
- To handle the orientation program for the new Trainee, Daily Worker and Staff
Qualification
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sibang Kaja
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
- Full-Time position(s) available
