Primary Responsibility
- Review and analyze the daily report of QC Check for Incoming RM/PM/FG/WIP to be reported to HOD in order to ensure all complied with the company specification in each CPU
- Working closely with QC Supervisor, Production Department, PPIC and WH in order to ensure all daily report based on system is always update in daily basis
- Working closely with QA Supervisor to support the HOD in ensure and overview the implementation of GMP/HACCP/SOP and Production SOP is running effectively in each production line in each work center
- Assists HOD with data related "Quality Parameter" in each production process in a regular basis, analyze the connection in between production capacity, process efficiency and Quality of Finished Goods in each work center
- Assists HOD in R&D Project, include working closely with Production Department in order to implement the project in actual production plant

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical), BioTechnology, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sibang Kaja.Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available
- Experience in implemented GMP/HACCP/Sanitation system
- Experience in being involved and develop HACCP / ISO 22000 Certification process.
- Able to communicate in English both written and spoken
- Details, well organized, innovative and team oriented
