Primary Responsibility
• Recruit partner and help partner win pilot projects• Manage existing relationships, and drive revenue growth• Generate enthusiasm and passion for Ruijie products among partner sales and engineering teams• Maintain quarterly business plans for top partner accounts• Coordinate sales and technical training for partners • Selling Ruijie Products and Solutions to significant customers• Develop influential relationships with assigned customers
Qualification
Qualification
• 3-5 years experience in channel management, channel sales, outside customer sales• Experience selling in a high technology and networking industry, Knowledge of LAN and/or WAN networks• Experience selling in industry including ISP, Education, Government, Enterprise• Fluent English both in written and spoken• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills (client-service oriented mindset) • Have experience handling million USD level quotas• Experience in selling Intelligent Infrastructure Solutions such as Network Backbone, Network Security, Wireless, Data Center technologies, Cloud. • Understanding of customer organizations and their buying cycles
