Primary Responsibility
Mintaining director;s agenda and assit in planning appointments, meetings, conferences, etc
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, or packages)
Prepare any report
Schedule meetings and arrange meeting rooms
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
Maintain documents and ensuring it is well organized and easily accessible
Qualification
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Diploma's Degree (D3) in Secreatrial or equivalent
Minimum 1 year expereince in same position
Flexible, Adaptable, Good looking and Good interpersonal skill
Required skills: Communication, Administaration, and Correspondence
