Primary Responsibility
Maintains the work structure.
Maintains organisation staff.
Prepares employees for assignments.
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results.
Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits.
Ensures legal compliance.
Maintains management guidelines.
Maintains historical human resource records.
Completes human resource operational requirements.
Maintains human resource staff job results.
Manage payroll, related tax income, jamsostek, documents, contracts, outsourcing and permit for expats, etc,.
Other as assign by management.
Qualification
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
