Primary Responsibility
- Assisting Legal & HRD Manager to obtain and maintaining the Company’s corporate documents and various licenses
- Under general supervision, responsible for handling a variety of assigned legal projects, legal drafting, legal review, legal documentation, legal research & analyses, legal opinion/advice
- Maintaining the validity of lease agreements and assisting clients on sale and purchase transactions
- Responsible for implementing the Company's compliance policies on business ethics, handling preliminary collection of information and data on any complain or non-compliance case reported to the department
- Help giving advices to guide development of products, services and policies
- Summarize & report as required to complete legal matter and project
- Represent Company meetings with police officer and government officials
Qualification
Qualification
- Minimum 1-year experience in legal position
- Maximum 27 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Business Law from a reputable university with GPA > 3,00
- Having experiences in a law firm is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa
- Good communication, relationship, and administrative skill
- Ready to work under pressure.
- Having good analytical skills, detailed oriented, well organized, having capability working in a team as well as individual, critical person, multitasking, reliable, a good attitude, dynamic person
- Enthusiastic and willing to take on challenging tasks
- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
- Ability to work with others and related Department
