Primary Responsibility
Support daily business opeartion
Ensure consistent preperation and production food
Ensure safe operations of all equipment and report any faulty equipment to superior immediately
Comply with hygiene and safety regulations (HSE) set by the company, clients and government
Liaising with purchasing companies for food orders
Maintaining or raising the profit margins on food
Producting menus and new dishes
Qualification
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Food & amp' Beverage Services Managemet or equivalent
At least 2 Year(s) of working expereince in the realted field is requred for this position
Required Skill(s): Good communication in English both verbal and written, Good Knowledge, Good problem Solving, analysis, ability to multi tasking, Willing to hard work and fast learner, Can work under pressure, Team Player and can work independent, Having skill in Managing menu, planning and organizing promotion and even
