Primary Responsibility
• Lead and supervise a team of Area Managers, POS Coordinator, an all other staff• Ensure the branch operates in an efficient manner and achieve the target• Advise on strategic planning issues and important business decisions. Forecasting, appraise performance, reward and discipline employees, resolve problems, and address staffing needs• Set KPIs for the department and make strategic planning and resource allocation• Responsible for the overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience• Establish operational processes/process improvement• Help manage the information system strategy implementation, budgets and timelines• Ensure all department heads are fully informed of operational objectives• Set operational and/or performance goals in consistent with those set by the Management• Establish and monitor performance reporting systems• Monitor department performance to reach performance goals• Conduct regular meetings with department staff to ensure that priorities are clear and coordination is good• Ensure activities comply with organizational requirements for quality management, legal stipulations, and general duty• Interact with relevant company departments to optimize motor leasing business• Mentor, train and develop teammates for optimizing their performance at job, career progression and learning• Visit operation sites on a frequent basis to make sure policies are implemented and utilized in proper way• Contribute to the development of a full set of policies and procedures for future development• Implement and develop post-implementation audit reports on all experiential activities• Assist to recruitment, train, supervise and development the activation crew and project team members• Travel all around the area as required• Manage and control logistic and route plan of the operations• Assist and guide on the localization to obtain the permit license from the local authority• Consolidate and conclude the operational reports where each report consists monitoring, tracking, sales, stock and inventory• Cost management –a cost control person and project profitability responsibility• Responsible for the success of all projects undertaken with high productivities• Responsible for developing the company business and find out the good strategy to reach the company mile stone• Other flexibilities task as assign by the management

• Bachelor degree in sale and marketing, business, project management and or equivalent• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources• At least 5 years of experiences in operating leasing, sales, opening new business and manage over 100 employees• Experience in opening new branch or POS• Fluent in English both spoken and written is a must• Ability to explain and in selected areas teach appropriate policies, procedures and associate practices• Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills• Computer proficiency Microsoft office package knowledge is mandatory• Honesty, integrity, good organizational skill, good leadership skill, and well interpersonal• Well discipline, creative thinking, good reporting skill, good personality, and good communication skills• Good in managing time and plan• Willing to work under pressure and traveling to the rural provinces of Indonesia• Have experience in Motor Leasing Finance
