Established in 1996, we provide products of good quality, effective and efficient in terms of costs, and able to solve issues relevant to Indonesian conditions.
Developed using German and Australian technology combined with Indonesian raw materials, our pre-mixed mortar is a time tested product which delivers speed, consistent quality and leads to less wastage on site. Using a one-coat system, our products are formulated for hand mixing application and machine mixing.

Primary Responsibility
Melakukan penjualan produk, edukasi sistem, pemberian saran desain Landscape - Waterproofing ke Proyek (Real Estate, Apartment, Hotel. dll) ataupun end user dengan sistem target bulanan
Menjalin hubungan baik dengan customer
Melakukan presentasi kepada Customer tentang Produk ENVII
Membuat laporan penjualan dan kunjungan secara periodik
Memantau perkembangan project yang sedang berjalan
Melakukan monitoring pengiriman Product mulai dari Gudang hingga ke customer
Membantu penagihan invoice ke Customer
Mampu membaca "market" dan memantau aktivitas customer
Qualification
Qualification
Usia maksimal 32 tahun
Pendidikan minimal D3, lebih disukai dari jurusan Arsitektur Lanskap
Mampu berbahasa Inggris (Bisnis Level), mampu bahasa Mandarin menjadi nilai tambah
Pengalaman sebagai Sales Project minimal 3 tahun di industri bahan bangunan khususnya produk Lanscape dan Waterproofing
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri/ minim supervisi
Memiliki hubungan/ relasi yang baik dengan komunitas arsitek, Kontraktor, Perusahaan Property, dll di wilayah Jabodetabek
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi serta presentasi yang baik
Memiliki inisiatif yang baik, motivasi tinggi dan menyukai tantangan
Memiliki kendaraan pribadi, SIM A/ C
