Primary Responsibility
• Overall Sales team lead in charge of managing sales team to achieve sales target through the timely implementation and execution of sales plans and strategies• Build strong, and long-term customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs• Work with management and immediate superior in developing a strategy to differentiate the organization from its competitors• Set up a sales system that will effectively maximize the sales people’s activities and initiatives as well as monitor said activities to ensure the effectiveness of the sales team in covering current markets and new ones• Evaluate performance of the sales team, provide regular feedback, support and assist in the development of the sales presentations and proposals• Generate timely sales reports• Design, implement, execute a strategic sales plan annually that will increase the customer base and improve revenue margins and ensure the strong brand presence of the company in the logistics industry

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in any disciplines• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written and oral communication skills• Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision• Team player, but able to work independently and have a positive attitude• Aggressive, outgoing, and self motivation• Responsible to develop own customers base• Well versed in written and oral English• Able to speak and write Mandarin would be an advantange• Will be located in Jakarta
