Primary Responsibility
• Responsible for supervising customer service staff• Delegating tasks• Monitoring the team’s performance• Supervise customer service managerial staff• Assisting the team by performing the tasks with them• Trains, coaches, and mentors employees on how to deliver the best customer service possible• Investigate customer's problems and find solutions• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or letter• Resolve complaints and order issues• Ask customers to provide feedback on Customer Service Staff and customer service experience• Work with management on customer service initiatives• Analyze data and statistics

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.• Required Skill(s): Communication skill, Team Leader, Handling complain• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.• Willing to be placed in Sunter, Jakarta Utara
