Primary Responsibility
- Manage friendly contacts with fans/followers- Create and maintain community events and promotions to maximize customer participation, engagement, and retention in Home.- Actively participate in online forums and discussion boards- Act as community advocate including listening, monitoring, and understanding what consumers are saying within social media assets as well as external websites.- Engage customers by responding to their requests and needs, both in private and in public- Recruit, motivate and manage a team of voluntary community evangelists

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Mass Communications or equivalent.- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
