Primary Responsibility
- Create, manage and maintain Advan’s customer database for promotional and remarketing purpose- Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify customer support and technology problems and resolve them- Participate in planning and strategizing for outbound marketing campaign execution- Provide customer growth & satisfaction report

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
