Channel Account Manager (Sales Retail & Project) - IT Distribution
• Is a sales who handles the marketing duties a business needs, focused on distribution division• Is a sales who also responsible for search new account (Channel), develop and managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them (Partner Retail & Project)• Responsible for accomplishes sales activity by researching and developing sales opportunities and plans, brand awareness, analyzing, reviewing, recommending and building strategic that drive business profitability by increasing sales, improving conversion rates, capturing larger average order sizes and managing margin performance products, solutions and services Main Duties • Find, managing and maintenance new partner or end user for selling the products, solutions and services• Create and Excecute Sales and Marketing Strategy (Retail & Project) for partner (Channel)• Generate New Customer & New Sales Opportunities (Retail & Project)• Meeting, presentation, visiting, negotiating, dealing and selling to new customer and/or existing customer is a must (Retail & Project)• Responsible for negotiating, tendering and communication (new customer and/or existing customer) to assigned target number• Responsible for building, managing the overall relationship with Channel (Partner Retail & Project) and be a PIC• Focusing on growing and developing existing customer (Retail & Project) with generating new coverage and customer• Achievement of sales through the direct sales channel• Act as the key interface between the customer (partner in retail and project) and all relevant divisions• Build a good working relationship with the customer (partner), ensure an understanding of the customer needs and objectives and approach decisions as a partnership with the customer• Handle customers comment and complaints about the products, solutions and services• Make informative, true and well-organized report about visiting customer activity

• Maximum 30 years old• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1)• Good looking and must attach the recent photograph in this position• Have own a vehichle ( Motor / Car ) and Laptop is a must• Have an experience working with IT in Distribution or Solution/System Integrator or Servies Company as a Channel Account Manager / Account Manager will be our priority• Having experienced minimum 3 years in Sales Project & Retail in IT Distributor, IT Solutions & Services is preferable (IT Hardware, Software & Services Product, such as : Printer, Scanner, Notebook, PC, CCTV & Security Product, AIDC Product, Enterprice Wireless, SAP Business One, Oracle Software & VMware, Point Of Sales Machine, Manage Print Services, etc)• Have data base / customer list coverage from existing account (Channel / Dealer / Reseller) preferably• Keep update with Technology Trend (Software, Hardware, Solution & Services)• Understanding of the disciplines required to develop and create new channel in retail and project• Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (active)• Able to communicate in mandarin is our priority• Computer skill is a must (MS office, MS outlook, Internet, etc)• Strong interpersonal, presentation, aggressively sales goal oriented focus and communication skills• Creative problem solving skills• Discipline, fast learner, high accurate and able to work under pressure• Able to work independently as well as in a team and self motivated• Willing to work in west Jakarta - Meruya area
