Primary Responsibility
• Handle clients requests• Providing help and advice to customers using organization products and services• Follow-up and coordinate with related departments to solve customers problem• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, e.t.c• Learning about organization products and services and keeping up to date with changes

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, any field• Required language(s) English (communicate, read and write)• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply• Full-Time position available• Familiar using PC• Strong personality and able to work under pressure to meet deadline
