Primary Responsibility
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities• Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing enforcing systems, policies, and procedures• Arranging meetings with coorporate clients to understand their requirements• Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met, such as contract agreement, bad debt issues, etc• Managing the account's budget and invoicing the client• Monitoring the effectiveness of coorporate clients• Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated• Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organised

• Candidat must posses at least Bachelor Degree in any filed• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• A proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative• Strong presentation and negotiation skills• Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner• Good organisational and time management skills• Good 'people skills', for working with a range of database and coorporate clients• A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure• A professional manner• Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets• Backgound from : Sales, Marketing• Have a database of coorporate client existing
