- Partner with brand and strategy to define consumer needs- Immerse in consumer experience to define possibilities while designing relevant culinary sketches and concepts- creating food that reflects and experience unique to Goods- Partner with marketing for improving sales

- Possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management/Pastry Production, Food Technology/Nutrition or Equivalent- Maximum age 45 years old- Minimum experience 8 or more years of menu development and a strong record of creativity in retail food industry- Experience in concept development, bench top development and commercialization in bakery, restaurant and/or consumer products- Good analyze business result and setting target action plan- Mature, strong leadership, and problem solver- Well groomed and good hygiene
