Primary Responsibility
- Data collection, consolidation, analysis and reporting of information in relation to F&B department- Advising the operation manager on operational KPI's and measures, including merchandise, food sales and stock consumptions- Responding to feedback requests from operations and support functions and support functions and communicating your findings across the business- Provide specific information and data from the market for F&B department- Provide project-related training to different support functions

- Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Communication / Hospitality- Maximum age 30 years old- Minimum experience 1 year as Customer Relation (F&B industry are point plus)- Excellent in Ms Office & english - Good communication and pleasant personality
