Prior to the establishment of Tectitan Group, the key shareholders and employees have more than 5 years experience in trading, distributing, servicing and providing product maintenance of wireless calling system, Nurse Calling System, Factory Calling System and Panic Button System to more than 300 established customers in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore and some customers in Middle East and Europe.
Our customers consist of world renowned hotels, restaurants, factories, hospitals, buildings and health care and beauty centers.

Primary Responsibility
Business Development
To do prospecting for dealers & direct customers.
Make contacts with Key Accounts and make pre-sales proposals and presentations on what PT Tectitan Nasional Indonesia has to offer.
Convert prospects into sales opportunities by making winning proposal.
Collect market intelligence on what competitors are doing and how they make their approach and regularly update the VP on this matter.
Make recommendations to counter competitors by introducing innovative methods.
To execute the instruction of VP to survey any potential leads.
To ensure constant achievement of KPI and PT Tectitan Nasional Indonesia target for Jakarta / Surabaya market.
To do collection of sales according to the payment term set by PT Tectitan Nasional Indonesia.
Build the Right Team
To hire staff according to the competency required for the role.
Build, lead, manage and drive a highly competent and motivated staff to provide excellent service quality at all times.
Ensure that staff is fully equipped with adequate product knowledge.
Built partnership and influence our distributors to increase their share of mind with the NCTECH brand.
Key Account Management
Continue to engage clients who have been secured and maintain good relations with the clients.
Be the alternative channel of raising concern for the client which refers to technical hiccups.
Constantly monitor equipment maintenance contract, their expiry and renewal issues.
Branding
Plan, coordinate and implement sales promotion and exhibitions to market the product.
Continuously create brand awareness for the Indonesia market to ensure increase of brand & product awareness.
Secondary Functions & Accountabilities :
To ensure the smooth running of the branch office according to the law & regulatory of Indonesian government.
To carry out any other duties and job functions instructed from time to time by the Company or persons acting on behalf of the Company.
To ensure that subordinates receive proper and adequate training in their job functions and the Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
To review the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Qualification
Qualification
Tertiary Education is not mandatory. Candidate must be an all out field sales person with ability to close sales.
At least 2 year(s) of proven sales record in the related field is required for this position (Interview will be focusing on previous sales records).
Preferably Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Experience & contacts in F&B, retails, hospitals, wellness & spa, hypermarket and etc.
Outgoing, pleasant, self-driven, hardworking & good at networking with people at middle to top management level.
