Primary Responsibility
• Melakukan proses recruitment, seleksi, training, orientasi, dan evaluasi karyawan• Mengelola dan mengembangkan kualiatas SDM• Membuat sistem HR yang efektif dan efisien seperti SOP, training, dll• Memastikan kebijakan perusahaan seperti SOP dan sistem berjalan dengan baik dan benar• Training karyawan cabang dan HO• Memahami peraturan ketenagakerjaan

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent• Required language(s) Bahasa Indonesia, English• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Required Skill(s) Pro-Active, Analytical Skill, Communicative, Leadership• Preferably Staff (non-management and non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent• Willing to travel around Indonesia
