Primary Responsibility
• Manage & control cash flow & budget
• Manage payment, invoice, cash collection & refund processing
• Prepare Operational or risk reports to Management analysis
• Evaluate data pertaining to costs to plan budget
• Handling & managing HR admin function: administration, absenteeism, personnel, compensation, benefit, BPJS, Tax, & payroll
• Ensure the payroll process & calculate all components related with payroll (base salaries, allowances, overtime, PPH-21, etc.)
Qualification
Qualification
• Female, max. age 30 years old
• Active English (oral & written)
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree from reputable universities in Economics, Finance/Accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Extensive knowledge in budgeting, accounting & reporting system
• Extensive knowledge in payroll system, PPH-21, BPJS Kesehatan & Tenaga Kerja
