Primary Responsibility
• Analyze every brand point of sales and generate weekly and monthly reports for future development of the brand• Monitor stores efficiency and brand performance on a daily basis including sales, promotions, level of inventory and customer service• Responsible in analyzing and conducting seasonal merchandise buying• Maintain business relationship, communicating with brand principals as well as local partners• Responsible in brand/merchandise training to sales assistants• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to strategize brand future development• Involve in brand development on new potential markets• Coordinate all retail supervisors and retail sales assistants• Responsible for planning and selecting a range of collections to sell in each point of sales• Able to maximize stores profitability by understanding customers taste and behavior• Up to date with current fashion market trends and apply to merchandise buying plans• Develop performance specifications, merchandise pricing and sales target

• Attractive appearance, maximum 35 years old• Bachelor Degree in any major, Fashion related major is preferred• Minimum 5 (five) years working experience in fashion retail industry• Highly creative, energetic and must have a passion for working in fashion industry• Knowledge of children fashion trend and industry will be advantage• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to multi-task and work on deadlines• Outstanding analytical, data driven thinking and leadership skills• Attention to detail and pleasant personality• Good in English• Willing to travel across Indonesia
