Human Capital Manager:Building HR division from A-Z; Managing and taking care of KKI’s most important aspect – its people
Responsibilities:
Develop all needed HR-related systems (almost from scratch), with key priorities on: (a) Performance management, (b) people and career development and (c) Rewards & benefits Lead team in HR division in executing division’s works Develop and execute GA-related works, inc. asset management Join KKI management team in some strategic decision-making
