PT. Gamatara Trans Ocean Shipyard adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa perbaikan dan pemeliharaan kapal tongkang, tugboat serta pembuatan kapal baru. Sejak berdiri sejak tahun 2008, Perusahaan telah tumbuh dan berkembang menjadi salah satu perusahaan docking shipyard unggulan di Indonesia terutama diwilayah Jawa Barat.
Saat ini perusahaan sedang melakukan ekspansi usaha dengan perluasan area perbaikan kapal dengan meningkatkan permintaan space docking yang sangat tinggi. Karena lokasi perusahaan yang berada di pusat kota Cirebon dan mudah dijangkau, menjadikan nilai tambah bagi pelanggan maupun pekerja.

Primary Responsibility
Working closely to other department by supporting training and development program from manager level to staff level
Represent as an organization personnel-related hearings between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administration contracts and helping resolve work related problems
Analyze and Manage staff vacancies and recruitment, interview and select applicants who are capable
Analyze and modify compension and benefits policies based on company abilities and resulting competitive programs and compliance with legal requirements
Plan and conduct all employee orientation to positive attitude toward organization objectives
Manage staffing duties including couseling, solving sidputes, firing employees and adminitering displinary procedures
Supervisi and coordinate work activities related to human resource department including employment administration, compensation and benefit, labor relation and employee relations
Reporting and performing human resource management systems and employee developing programs
Qualification
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
Expereince in HR for minimum 2 years (in Docking Company will be advantage)
Have board knowledge in staffing/recruiting, organizational development, employee training and development and Public Speaking
Good leadership and influence skills, good analytical ability and strong motivation and interpersonal
