Primary Responsibility
Responsible to oversee the overall quality and safety of a company's food products. He/She must be knowledgeable about all food safety standards within the food industry and mandated by government regulations.

Qualification
. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Good knowledge of GMP/PRP, and ISO Standards. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent. Understanding and implementation of (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) HACCP System. Have good analytical, communication and presentation skills. Conducting internal audit of food safety. Inspect facilities for compliance with standards. Determining methods to resolve any issues that arise. Responsible for Regulatory affair. Responsible for product registration in BPOM. Responsible for halal assurance system. Coordinator for HACCP system
