Primary Responsibility
- Develop new and creative marketing strategy for E-Commerce (traditional and digital)
- Develop new and creative marketing strategy for ATL and BTL activity
- Lead the management of digital marketing (SEO, email, social media, etc)
- Identify trends and insight, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Responsible for vendor and costumer acquisition
- Responsible for achieving revenue and target
- Supervise process marketing activity
- Coaching sales & marketing team
Qualification
Qualification
- Candidate must be posses at least bachelor's degree in any field
- 4 - 10 years experiences in retail, FMCG, telecommunication or electronic company is a plus
- Having experiences as marketing manager at least 3 years
- Having a good skill and knowledge in marketing
- Good analytical thinking
- Presentation and negotiation skill
- Having a good knowledge in Below The Line (BTL) marketing
- Good leadership and adaptable
- Good levels of drive and influencing skill
- Proficient in written and oral English, Mandarin is a must
