Primary Responsibility
Provide online publisher with excellent and timely services/technological advice to implement advertising
Check volume and negotiate on prices to obtain the best rates and most appropriate media spaces in online
Optimize, track and analyze advertising performance and make suggestions to publishers for better performance
Develop strong and effective relationships with among Department
Keeping up to date with industry research figures, analyzing and consumer data
Support and manage members in other countries to achieve the team’s target
Supervise other members’ work and provide advice and guidance for better productivity
Communicate with Product team for product development projects Improve the workflow and structure within the team to maximize efficiency
Qualification
Qualification
The candidate should have an understanding of the Digital Advertising Industry, at least 6 years experience along with 3 years as Manager.
Has a passion fortechnology and the drive and ownership to work in a start-up environment.
Candidate should expertise in Media Buying Agency/SSP/Publisher Trading Desk
The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, ownership, initiative and integrity.
High energy and must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to react to changing priorities and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a deadline-oriented environment is also critical.
