Primary Responsibility
- Maintain & Develop recruitment materials
- Control, maintains and updates manpower
- Posting job vacancies on website
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies to fill vacancies
- Doing Selection Process: screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CV's for easier evaluation by the departmental heads, meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CV's, obtains and assess all certificates and testimonials of the candidates, test & interview candidates, forwards collected CV's to the concerned departmental heads for evaluation and interviews
- Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time
- Helping personnel administration process
Qualification
Qualification
- Min S1 Psychology or Law from Reputable University (with GPA minimum 2,75)
- Max 28 Years Old
- Having same experience as Recruitment minimum 1 year
- Excellent communication and 'people' skills
- A confident and positive attitude
- Good in managing work and administrative skills
- The ability to work well in a team
- Computer Literate
- The ability to work under pressure
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
