. Male / Female. Candidate must be possess minimum Diploma. Ambition and willing to commit to a flexible schedule incorporating weekends and night shifts. Possess great leadership skills, a positive attitude, and excellent guest relations. Excellent service standards, displaying a humble warm attentive approach. Strong food & beverage knowledge. Stock control and management. Staff management including rostering, training, performance management. Strong planning and organizational skills. Coordination, execution, and evaluation of promotions for both the venue by creating external marketing and internally with staff competitions. Fiscal management including labor and COG’s management. PnL understanding. Possess good computer skills. Strong leadership skills, a dynamic. Personality and an eye for detail Your goal is to ensure guest service standards are exceeded at all levels. Have a passion for training and development of front line staff, team leaders and your assistant manager. Candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a venue. Operating in high volume You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to achieve. Outstanding sales results
