Primary Responsibility
. Preparing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks. Assessing customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. Plan and present bar menu. Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualification
. Male / Female. Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role. Education minimum high school. Possess a positive attitude and excellent guest relations. Have strong experience with high volume quality service. High service standards. Comprehensive understanding of food. Strong organizational skills. Previous experience in a Western-focused venue a bonus. Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with a variety of cultures and backgrounds. Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude. Excellent attention to detail. Exceptional grooming standard. Able and willing to work shift work, including weekends and public holidays
