Primary Responsibility
- Understanding the needs of the company clients
- Help the onboarding support team
- Maintain relationship with clients, daily support, assisting onboarding support for implementation
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about products and services
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Qualification
Qualification
- Have experience working in hotel as a front desk or reservation
- Accountable and resourceful
- Have passion in hospitality
- Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
- Good with Excel and Words
- Good command in English and Bahasa
- Pro-active, sociable and love to establish relationships
- Not afraid to communicate
