Primary Responsibility
Maintains regular contacts with the guests.
Obtains guest feedback on their eat in resto. If complaints, takes immediate actions to remedy solutions.
Records daily activities and complaints in the guest relations logbook and informs the respective department heads for immediate actions.
Promote all our promotion and any special promotions going on
Qualification
Qualification
Minimum GPA of 3.00
Maximum age of 25 years old
English literate, both written and oral
Computer (Microsoft Office and Internet)
Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in any business field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality and customer oriented
Creative, energetic and positive individual
