Primary Responsibility
Able to create menu
Able to train kitchen staff
Able to create SOP
Have a good understanding on food cost
Know a lot of food supplier and kitchen equipment supplier
Qualification
Qualification
Min diploma degree from any major, Food and Beverages industry / Tata Boga would be Advantages
Experience min 3 years in the same position
Good leadership, strong initiative, strong analytical and self motivated
Have cooking skill & controlling food cost
Willing to work in weekend and public holiday
Always maintain cleanliness and tidiness
Place of workJakarta or Surabaya ( Not Both )
