Working closely with the directors, you will be responsible for the overall smooth running of all front-of-house operations.
Your position will require initiative, constant communication with guests and the unique ability to feed others with your passion for the service industry.
You will ensure that all staff are well trained, motivated and always have a friendly approach in all areas of service.
Your previous experience, eye for detail and desire to succeed will be crucial in driving both your personal career and the business forward.
For candidates applying from outside of Bali, a re-location package will be also included in your contract.
Primary Responsibility
Plan and direct food preperation and culinary activity
Modify menus or create new mwnu
Guide and demonstrate the fine points of ccoking
Supervise the staff in the kitchen

Qualification
Fine dining expereince
Expereince in a leadership role at a high ens restaurant
Good knowledge of Indonesia Food
Can speak English and Indonesia fluently
Works well in a team, can lead a busy kitchen
Can handle pressure in a busy restaurant
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required skills: Indonesia food, Butcher
Dedicated to food quality and control
Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
